My name is Cat, and the posts here are going to explore the connection between your feet and the rest of your body. Some of these posts are based on my personal experiences -- after years working in the service industry, I finally had to quit due to intense back pain. Rather than getting surgery, I worked with an orthopedist because the real issue was with my feet rather than my back. I also plan to augment my own experiences with research.
